In order to offer a complete plate solution to our clients, Service Foods butchery was established in Auckland during the 2014/2015 year and in Christchurch during the 2016/2017 year. Processing direct from carcass and with specialist butchers, some with 15+ years experience in the field, has allowed Service Foods to offer a complete customised butchery solution to every hospitality outlet.
With a strong and efficient 75+ butchery team, Service Foods are able to process 150-200 tonne of meat per week.
