The fresh produce division was established in Auckland during 2014/2016 and in Christchurch during 2016/2017. The produce division offers a range of produce with over 500 fresh active SKU’s at any one time.

Produce being perishable in nature, requires that Service Foods hold lean stocks. Proficient quality control is in place at the inwards door to inspect, wrap and store produce at the optimum temperature before our picking teams take over to again carefully hand select your orders.

Our dedicated produce buyers are up at 2am sourcing products fresh from the market, negotiating hard on quality and price. Our buyers have 10+ years experience in the field and go out of their way to source the products which may seem impossible to find.
